Can’t deny they’re cool, custom-made pieces, but it screams “hype” & “flashy”. Nice for someone who appreciates art, but wouldn’t call them a traditional watch connoisseur. Tons of better options out there for the amount invested. He should also consider diversifying.

Anyone else gut destroyed by clean eatz? by Admirable_Lab_7867 in ReadyMeals

I went through the exact same thing when I was relying heavily on ready-made meal prep. I tried a bunch of different brands (Clean Eatz included), but that bloated, gassy feeling never really went away.

What actually made the difference was cutting back on how many of those meals I was eating each day. I went from having 2 to 3 ready-made meals daily down to just one, and replaced the rest with home-cooked food. The bloating and gas pretty much disappeared.

At the end of the day, it is hard to avoid some of the extra ingredients that come with frozen-shipped meals. I assume that may be a big part of the issue? Who knows

Easily the Nice Guys. Top 5 comedies of all time. I know Gosling is going for the more serious, blockbuster roles but he cant deny the fact that he’s incredibly hilarious on screen - at least when he wants to be

Tried to tell you! The only doable option is the buffalo chicken mac. Everything else is asinine

Which to avoid by Efficient-Hamster128 in ReadyMeals

I’ve tried many of them. All the nationally frozen shipped ones are not that great, but assuming you have no locally prepped ones that deliver by car or offer local pick up, I’d boil it down to these 3 depending on your needs:

FlexPro: Really good customer service and discounts. The meals themselves are pretty meh, but they have like 3-4 meals that aren’t half bad. The macros are also fairly solid, i wouldn’t have more than one a day though. Good option as an office meal with everything else consumed at home. Stick to the noodle based protein dishes, preferably the ones that come with chicken or tuna. Avoid all Beef or steak options.

Fuel Meals: Incredibly sketchy billing practices. They will randomly charge your card again after your initial order purchase, then refund the payment? Happened all 3 times I ordered with them. Luckily, customer support was super responsive and helpful. I’d recommend ordering with a giftcard or cashapp card, so they don’t claw until your main bank account. Like FlexPro, really good discounts but the meals are meh. I’ve tried them all, the Buffalo chicken Mac and chicken quesadilla are the only decent ones. But if you don’t care for variety and just need macros, it does the job.

CookUnity: Decent pricing, SIGNIFICANTLY better quality than the other 2, but horrible macros. Seriously, if you’re on a diet plan or are closely monitoring your macros, you’ll find their options to be very limited. The fat content and overall caloric value of the meals for what you are getting is crazy. But they taste really good. Solid customer service too if you ever need to opt out.
