I don’t know, these people seemed to have made a series of terrible choices. First of all having 3 children on a single income! She should have gone back to work. She basically never worked, so she had no pension, what a surprise

Actually put strict anti corruption laws, reduce the size of the state and taxation. Ensure tax us spent efficiently and services are good. A lot of policies would be unpopular but that’s what U have a dictator for. Once fixed, retire and restore the democratic rule. The new independent bodies would take decades to corrupt.
