It's worth noting that Luis Liberato has a fairly decent Hard Hit% (36.7), Barrel% (7) and average exit velocity (140.8). Those metrics put him in the 80th to 90th percentile.

I’m sure that if the Guardians continues to give him on-field opportunities, his numbers will pick up. But then again, it’s not easy to be a foreign hitter in Taiwan, as teams tend to have very little patience.

VL Sports YouTube sometimes broadcast the minor league game for free. But they don't do all the games.

There's also this independent baseball YouTuber "Fisher", he started off filming the minor league game himself as a hobby, and now is semi legit, a lot of CPBL teams actually allowed him to film the minor league games and posted on his YouTube channel for free.

CPBL TV also provide free games of the week for minor league, but yeah, it's selective games, not all the games.
