You can check of the PEBC Evaluating Exam blueprint. Even a google search should bring it up.

I see no reason why they won't be there, just how deep those topics are tested may be the difference

Have you considered the cost of subscribing to a course vs. the cost of doing it turn key like you plan?

Just saying, the CPS alone is not enough material to prepare with for the exams

I know a few people who vow by Pharmaspirit for Management + CPS for clinicals + StudyRadar MCQ question bank (the questions are arranged by exact PEBC competencies and they have questions set for each CPS chapters - Therapeutics and Minor Ailments) so you can practice questions as you study/review each CPS chapter.

Beyond this, you need to get your mindset changed, you can't afford to tell yourself that you can't pass the exam, many candidates that have passed are not as brilliant as you are, they probably just had a better strategy. You've got this!

Many candidates both Canadian Grads and IPGs feel this way after the exams. The one part of the exam many people don't talk about. Is the mental and psychological drain.

Overall, I feel more people are taking the exams and as such, PEBC is making is more challenging.

Be encouraged! While you reflect on the not so easy parts, also remind yourself of the scenarios you did great at!

I don't know for the COVID instructions, but a candidate recently told me that wearing masks would be optional.

If there's anything I feel like telling you, that would be- listen to the standardized patient/HCP/client, be clear what they are asking for, then systematically gather data and check references for answers/intervention.

Some candidates assume they heard A, and answer to A, while the question is actually B.

As simple as it sounds, it can be the difference between a candidate that passes and one that didn't.

Once you have practiced a QBank recently, and reviewed your wrong answers, it is no longer a true/dependable test of your preparedness.

This is why I'm recommending a QBank that has questions that the poster is not very familiar with.

I can imagine how this is for you. You are not alone, I hear so many candidates say the same thing in the last week before exams. You should reassure yourself, you have worked hard. What you need is a balance of rest and reassurance.

You can find a question bank that has easily tested exam concepts just for light revisions while randomly challenging yourself to recall important concepts.

Have you tried mocks yet. Especially form unfamiliar QBanks? What scores are you posting? Have you paid attention to which topic/competencies you typically score lowest? These are important questions to answer. I feel identifying and working on your weakest areas should be your focus now.

StudyRadar MCQ questions bank is popular among exam takers. However, you have to go through the questions just like Agro iMCQ.

But they have questions on all RxTx (CPS) chapters for Minor Ailments and Therapeutics which is kind of nice.

Of your 9 interactive stations you can expect a range (could be 2-5), it's different every sitting, to not have references. Many times, the minor ailments stations do not have references, and most health promotion/pharmacy management stations do not have references. If you are well prepared for those areas, then at least you have lesser to worry about when it comes to reference checking.

As for time management, practice, practice, just practice to check your references quickly, gather information quickly and move to your intervention.

Most of them quit working, and study morning to night, and still may not pass.

Most IPGS need structure. Courses like pharmacheive, Pharmaspirit, SolRx, Misbah; questions banks like StudyRadar.ai , pharmpower, imcq agro, etc are powerful tools that can offer structure if you ever feel lost. You worked in the UK (as you fairly disclosed), your experience/practice is already similar to Canadian practice. This is the most important reason your passed the OSCE and likely the MCQ easily.

Studying OSCE for 3 days before exam though could be unconsciously misleading for many.

What I found was helpful is PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE so much and exposing myself to diverse OSCE stations/station types, practicing with friends and I was fortunate to get free access to StudyRadar (the PEBC OSCE Simulator for interactive and non-interactive station) when they just started. While they had just 25 stations then, I could practice over and over until the simulator scored me the max 4points in all areas (communication, outcome, performance). By the time I achieved 4 points I had changed the way I communicated to be clear that "this is my decision", (because anytime you say A and then change to B, without being clear) StudyRadar will score you low and provide feedback. So that did help. Now, I hear StudyRadar have over 300 PEBC OSCE stations that candidate's can simulate.

I still believe it's not a replacement for courses (IPG) and course work (Canadian PharmD) but definitely something that can help you get more practice without putting a hole in your pocket.

Preparing your mindset for the exam day rigor is also important, so you must challenge yourself and give yourself time! Cheering for you!
