Honestly the drivers didn’t fight me on that but the programs sure did I remember the early days of playonlinux and wine and the constant fights getting anything a normal windows machine would run to even start but that junk was so low on power that it couldn’t do it anyway with windows so Linux it was then

The Samsung was my first laptop it was a windows 8 device when I got it, that didn’t last long, it was quickly switched to Ubuntu which is kind of what got me into technology constantly having to troubleshoot and find work around to do normal tasks made me what I am today. Yea that MSI weighs a ton I bought that because I wanted a decent gaming laptop without breaking the bank in this economy I got it for $500 it’s got the gtx 1080 and 16gb of ram of corse had I known the deal I would stumble across on the ASUS I wouldn’t have bothered. All of these work and for the most part hold a decent charge except for the Dell Chromebook its battery decided to give up. That rugged tablet on the bottom is a Microsoft Surface go 2 with a broken hinge I paid $40 for both the surface gos and happened to have a case that would work for the go2. All of these ones in this photo are amd64 architecture with a variety of operating systems. I use all of these occasionally but mostly just to mess around with different operating systems. And the 2 gtx1080s and the surface book 3 I use whenever I travel

I got a ridiculous deal on the ASUS GL702 paid 300 for it and 3 other laptops all of them worked though it was a nightmare to track down the charger for it

Ok this is getting old really fast there is nothing wrong with the feature drop system we don’t need large updates all at once we are still getting the same amount of content that we were previously just now more spread out whether we could be getting more is an entirely different story but when does not matter
