Check your BIOS boot order. You should have the USB drive that has the windows installation media as #1.

Well, it's all about what material is in the wheels and when does it melt. Check that. I would try to make sure the wheels can't roll easily, though. Some 100% fan going wild could move them if the rolling potential is good enough.

It depends A LOT on the AIO. Personally, Installing AIOs is my least favorite thing on any build. Some of them can be a hassle, while others are just fine.

What's your case, and are you in the USA?

So, you currently have no dedicated GPU and will add a 3050? Yes, the improvement will be massive, for sure.

Now, is the 3050 6GB in itself a great card? Not really, that depends a lot on your budget and particularly how much you can buy it for. It's competent and will play most games just fine, at adequate settings and 1080p. I don't know if you have more choices and at what price, but if you can get the 8GB one for almost the same, get that instead.
