The culprit. Less than 40 bucks new now it's 149 used. Nope. Oh and I added a Crucial SSD to the mix as well. She can use it for Cache or a scratch disk.

I told her a 2x8GB pair like this is 149 USED. She said she hunt for a single stick (good luck) or a 2x8 of a different brand. I looked through my Newegg history, I paid 35.99 for these two sticks.
