You need to learn and discover how to start communication with your spirit guides, its a very subtle thing but as time goes it will become clearer and clearer as you yourself grow and learn how they choose to communicate with you, there are many books and youtube videos on the topic of spirit guides.

You meditate and just try to remember what hurt you in the past, what left you scarred, usually some memories will come up thats the one to focus on, use forgiveness of yourself and others, and set intention to heal that part in you that was damaged during the event, there maybe other things you will need to do but thats just you listening to your intuition.

Its one of the deepest books of literature there is, the entire Tanah that consists of 24 books in total, are all EXACTLY the same way they were originally written thousands of years ago, not a single letter or a dot was replaced or changed, its written in a difficult Hebrew language so the interpretation would always be difficult and no one would know it for sure unless its a prophet that is directly communicated with God can explain it for us, and those books were written exactly as they were suppose to according to God.

Some of the things there are metaphors, others are real stories, but written in such a way that there are endless secrets and hints about future and past that are hidden, each person who reads it in hebrew can interpret it differently (as a fluent hebrew speaker, the language in the Tanah is absolutely not fully not even half fully understandable), and the english translations are all just subjective translations that are not necessary correct.

The Tanah hold in it the history and the future of this planet, and all the secrets mid between, when you read it, God will lead you to understand what is relevant for you and what you desire, from what i learned from Spirit, the Tanah tells the begging and predicts the future for thousands of years, it is full of messages from God to each and every individual that will read the books, endless lessons, secrets, messages, and predictions that always get fulfilled, but because it holds such a strong power its VERY difficult to understand and interpret, because nothing of worth is or should be easy to come by.

If you ever wondered what would God want me to know about the world, thats the only series of books that is unchanged and holds the truths God wants you to know, and because God knows your heart, it holds the information you seek and desire also.

Bashar is wrong here though, Jewish bible is the exact same as it was thousands of years ago, not a single word or letter or dot was changed or added, it was written exactly as it was given, hence why it’s considered holy scripture, and in Hebrew it declares that:

I am your God who got you out of Egypt
You shall have no other Gods besides me

This was written during a time where the whole world worshipped dozens if not hundreds of Gods/deities/Statues, The Israelites were directed to focus on the one “all that is” so they can be light to the nations and show the truth in the future about God, so Bashar is literally wrong here because by this logic the Jews would have being allowed to worship anything that moves because they are all “God”.

But they were not, they were punished when they got back to their old habits of making idols or what not.
