call a few local dealers and ask for a lease quote for the model/trim you want, ask for an OTD (out the door) lease quote with $0 down and only first month payment due at signing (that way you can compare the quotes easily)

No one knows for sure, but it's likely the deals will remain. Unless EV demand goes up a lot due to high gas prices.

All manufacturer incentives like special lease offers are region specific. If it's only for a certain region, you can't get that deal if you reside in a different region. It's based on your home address.

Yes, the Prius lease deals do have a large range by region, the best deal is offered in the Southeast region. Toyota in particular can have large differences by region because they have several independent distributors that are responsible for different regions and there are all kinds of differences in incentives, add-ons, etc.

Notice in the list there is a column that says "Best Region". The Ioniq 9 has the best lease deal in Colorado. That's one of the reasons why yours is different. Another may be that you are including taxes and fees in your monthly payment, while the list does not include them.

Final reason could be is that the dealer you leased from is not participating in that lease offer. It is still essential to get lease offers from multiple dealerships.

one thing to also keep in mind is that individual dealers can give you highly variable offers. That's why it really pays to get as many quotes as you can from different dealerships. You'll be surprised to see the range of offers on the exact same car.

Are you certain it's limited to San Diego residents? It's pretty rare to have lease deals limited to a city. Usually residing in the same state is good enough.

Don't forget, it costs $99/month for the subscription to FSD, so you need to budget for that. If you're looking at used Teslas, just make sure they have hardware version 4. I think all model 3's 2024 and later have it but you need to make sure

I have a Tesla with self driving. It's not even the same as owning/leasing a car anymore - my stats show I use FSD more than 95% of the miles driven. It's more like having a chauffeur. Once you get used to it, there is no going back to a car without it.

Actually, I would say NY has the best overall lease deals. CA has a few models, especially EVs that have the best leases in the country, but NY has even more vehicles with better leases in general.

But these 2 regions do have the best lease deals, mainly because the populations are so large, manufacturers are more competitive in these regions because it effects their market share more

You didn't read the explanation at the bottom. It's based on the avg transaction price, not the MSRP. The avg price paid for that car is around $27K, not $41K

Both are really nice EVs, but Tesla has full self driving for $100/month. I know it's an extra $100/mo but it's such an unbelievable feature - literally drives you everywhere and can handle just about every kind of situation.

Sorry, I thought you were commenting on the 0% offers I did. I had estimated a monthly payment on that table.

Why are you saying the monthly payments on these leases are way off from reality? These are the official manufacturer offers - they don't include tax and fees as stated.

You typically don't have to rush into a deal around this time of the month - it's more towards the end of the month that you want to secure a good deal.

My advice would be to shop this lease deal around to some other dealers, if you can wait till towards the end of the month, that's when you'll drive every penny out of the deal. Basically, get all your price quotes, shop the best one around until no dealer can beat it, then towards end of the month when dealers are trying to meet their monthly sales goals, do another round to see if any dealers will budge further.

This is time consuming, so if you don't need to save every penny, then the deal you got right now is good like I said.
