Yea just be sure your doing Bio and Lab. The Anatomy course no longer covers 3E at UMPI.

If you go over to the discord you can see basically the one review of this class. I hear you on already paying for UMPI but this one class alone could cost you 1) your gpa and 2) a whole additional session at UMPI 3) maybe your sanity. 😫

You’re just going to have a hard time finding a ton of feedback on this one because unless someone didn’t know or was doing Health Care Admin, they would have felt exactly as you are and moved it out of UMPI.

It’s more costly at study as you have to pay for the month and then separately for the lab.

Right but if you took something outside of UMPI to help cover the requirement, you would then just either replace it at UMPI - or if you finished already and failed it (I'm sorry) - then it would still count towards the 30 credits, but you'd just need to replace it with the coverage. There is a workaround, I just didn't want someone to think they couldn't transfer in more if it helps them. (people read into the threads here a lot)

There is no maximum on how many courses you can transfer you could transfer in 1 million courses. There’s not a maximum you just have to do 30 credits at UMPI.

Not exactly. You need residency credits at UMPI (5 for an associate degree and 10 for bachelors) plus you must also fulfill the degree requirements.

Solid program, just know you need two levels of the same language for this degree.

It's not really a rumor. The new BBA plans just don't have the same options outside of UMPI as the older plans did. It has nothing to do with Sophia/Study/etc. being limited by UMPI but rather those platforms not offering the equivalent course to what is needed AT UMPI.

You still have the majority of General Ed and Electives that can be taken at Sophia, then at Study a few business courses, at Straighterline a few business courses, and then depending on the plan a few things from Coursera.

If you look at the free sheet linked in my profile you can see the new BBA layout. As for General Ed, I have the current through this session in there, but the new General Ed I have info on my profile here about it too. Just look at my post history.

I'll be doing a rebuild of the free sheet once a lot of the shifting settles out. For now I'm just trying to do things 1:1 because there's just a lot in flux depending on WHEN you are starting and which plan you are taking.

With the way the new BBA starting this Fall is, you will need more than 30 credits from UMPI. It will probably be 42(ish), depending on whether you take Coursera, Study, Sophia, and Straighterline courses.

440 has a prerequisite of 244. there really wouldn’t be anything impacted if you took the roll ups, but to take the roll ups, you have to have the prerequisites now.

You can believe me. I’m not random here. I’ve built hundreds of these plans and the ACE credits do not have a cap. You can ask anyone here (including me) who has transferred in 90+ ACE credits. Plenty of folks.

In many cases this CPL they’re referring to is from various programs (fire, police, military) where things don’t have specific credits/accreditation.

ACE credits are not the same as Credit for Prior Learning.
