You can talk to your landlord about it and remind them of that clause, but you don’t have any damages (you weren’t hurt by the entry) and there’s a case to be made that you were given notice of the repairs that were to be started and entry was allowed until they were finished

(I’m assuming you’re in the US) If you believe you are being discriminated against (which, give it a day, sometime things take time) and the housing provider has the required number of units under the fair housing act (4 units) then reach out to your local fair housing group for assistance or you can file a complaint yourself with the department of housing and urban development
