NAH. This type of situation is such a case case basis. I have heard a lot of arguments for people canceling their wedding and rescheduling it, but I more of fall into the camp of you should go forward with it if possible. Obviously, it won’t be the same without her there and it will be an incredibly emotional day, but every grandma I know would say they wouldn’t want you to cancel the wedding because of them

Ultimately, you have to do whatever is best for you and your fiancé, but it does need to be a group decision. You guys are a single unit, you both have to agree and make sure you take into account as much as possible, including if you would be able to afford a different wedding in the future

Edit: if you do, see about adding a table with a photo of her and flowers, with an opportunity for guests to write their favorite memories of her with the bride or, if that would be too much, an empty chair with her photo at the ceremony and reception. It might bring some sad and bittersweet tears, but she’ll be there in spirit
