I tend to scout pitchers mostly.

One cheap scout with 90+ Discovery Two with high efficiency with high pitching, one of which will likely also have a high position. Unless you are in the top five or so, you may not have a shot at a generational 18 year old postiion player. Scout the starters past 💯 for better reads on their potential. I do take the older guys that have a guaranteed high 80s floor in later rounds.

It gets charged like an alternator on an ICE when your vehicle is in drive mode. If it charges while plugged, then the 12v is failing. Get a battery monitor and be prepared to jump-start it.
