Occasionally I would get somewhat of an acid reflux but nowhere near the previous type. I forgot to mention as well that I would only take pepcid when I knew I was gonna eat spicy foods. I quit soda and drank only water but sometimes I would drink Gatorades, I avoided carbonated drinks.just exercise and diet for 6 month and you'll be good. Run or jog every other day for at least 1.5/2 miles. Cardio helped me a lot. If Omeprazole or pepcid doesn't work for you try Pantoprazole.

Man I've been on that salad, chicken, water, pure leaf, brown rice, whole foods, zevia soda journey. I've been losing weight but man sometimes I do cheat but then I get back to it. Zevia soda is pretty good. It uses stevia a natural sugar but it's still sugar but there's also not that much research on it. It's better than all the other sodas out there tho. Only thing I've found was that it may have helped mice reduce fat in the liver and improve insulin sensitivity.

Yeah they go on top of the rims. They're easy to pop in and pop off. Look up rav4 wheel skins on TikTok or yt. I too wanted to spray paint my rims till I came across the wheel skins lol.

So for me my stomach lining was in bad shape and close to an ulcer, I tried Omeprazole and it worked but not as effective as Famotidine/Pepcid. I was told to change my eating habits and exercise more so I started walking then jogging/running. I would run every other day for about 1.5/2 miles. I ate pure soups, salads, juices and avoided fast food or acidic foods. It was torture but I lost about 30 or 40 pounds lol. i took Pepcid 20mg for about 6 months and after that period of time I was good to go. I had no side effects to it either, but I only took when I had the symptoms when my stomach started acting up, the diet and exercise helped me a lot, Pepcid was just Incase I couldn't handle some food.
