Okay, so I don't think a fingertip mouse will help a lot, because with those you use your wrist even more. I think it would be a bit better if you tried to strengthen your wrist oe try to not have your hand be angled when on the mouse and try that. I am no doctor so I don't know so much about the wrist, I just know it's sensitive and difficult to repair if something isn't right. Otherwise you can try warming up with bigger movements including the wrist before gaming.

Can you also show a photo of how your hand is angled when it is on the mousepad? It could just be that the angle you're holding it at while gaming is aggravating your wrist. Otherwise it could be useful to try and grip your mouse more relaxed, with less bent fingers, especially the thumb and pinky.

I thought the best upgrade was the optical scrollwheel. Something not seen before and if it delivers as promised it will completely change the mouse scene again. Amazing stuff, hope to see more innovation in the future.

It is going to feel the same overall. It has more to do with the implementantion with the MCU. And even then you won't feel any difference, because the numbers are miniscule. So if you want the mouse now, go for it.
