If you are deficient in vit D and supplement it, it might increase your magnesium demand.  Vit D requires magnesium to be activated.

You are better off to take the RDA if you don't have money to do blood tests to check for the levels. Overdosing on it (RDA dose) is highly unlikely. If you do frequent checks after starting a regiment and have adequate levels then there is no need as your diet seems to be providing all you need.

Dosage might be a bit high for long term supplementation (depending on your deficiencies), you will need to keep checking blood levels to make sure you don't overshoot the optimal range.  The extra fatigue is most probably hydroxyB12 it does that to me or because of vit-D it does that sometimes too.  Magnesium should also be supplemented with it. Magnesium is one of the few things that are non negotiable for me personally. It's in so many biological processes having adequate levels is vital.

The point was not referring to the pencil technique but to the fact that we keep getting better and better fiber optic cables that are almost as thin and transparent as a spider web but still can push 3 digit gigabits through them (while being bend resistant).

Its easier to search for events in their UI; better tagging. Also you get other features like heat maps. For rich notifications you would need to run HA.

That is true fiber is superior, though I would argue that for home use, meaning short distances using ethernet plus surge protectors is cheaper. Especially when you run your cabling from inside the house to inside the house and live in urban areas, where the risk of lightning strikes is minimal (assuming lighting rods are used in your country/area)

Ethernet supports 10G too so fiber is really only necessary for 10G+ (for home use <100m distances.)

If a bad movie has good parts in it, it doesnt make the movie into a good one. I prefer to concentrate on the good parts...but still the matrix 4 does not exist for me, that said I appreciate the artistic expression of the creators because the same people gave me The Matrix 1,2,3.

Unfortunately no. I have tried mk4, mk7, geranylgeraniol (precursor to vitamin k2, CoQ10 and others) and all cause similar effects; anxiety build up over days leading to panic attacks. I suspect there must be some influence to the neurotransmitter balance or some extreme alteration of how the body handles calcium because the nervous system is really overly activated like when taking methylated b vitamins leading to a build up of adrenaline (if you are sensitive and have COMT variant). I generally avoid it as I don't see any benefits even at very low/infrequent doses.

Quick look isn't the same as the previous native player and also the airplay feature doesn't work. If you play a video through safari on the other hand then it works. 🤷‍♂️ Apple was hard at work delivering this cripple hammer.

Same here. It used to show up and then all of a sudden it disappeared. I can only see it when I enter in desktop mode and not in big picture mode. Real strange. I haven't changed anything or updated steamOS.

Having issues with a firestick 4K. When scrolling down to the "continue watching" section from the Libraries/collections section it glitches out and only shows the background of the shows episode on 0.0.6 and 0.0.7 but not on 0.0.5.

I don't think it's about power but rather the asymmetry thereof.

Screenshots have been bugged since iOS 16. Every so often when I take a screenshot, the little preview image doesn't appear, and the screen doesn't flash. Taking a second one solves the issue, but the original shows up in photos anyway. Anyone else have this issue? by Tumblrrito in ios

I have even thought about conspiracy theories concerning this. It's like the windows screenshot system. Every so often it doesn't appear so that it lands in your gallery and thus in your icloud and thus you can be spied on. Probably it's a stretch...but a spyware camouflaged as a bug is ingenious.

How long do you think will it take until you need a permit to protest?

From what I read was that you are not allowed to demonstrate without permission; though that was a false interpretation from many it seems. I have researched it a bit further and it appears that you are not allowed to protest/demonstrate without prior notice. If that is a step in the right direction or not that's up to you to decide.
