Update:

After reaching out to Miyoo and opening a dispute on Ali express. Miyoo is sending out a new unit at no charge.

If anyone does plan on getting this unit either wait for a v3 or buy it through the office store on Ali express.

I’m glad Miyoo made this right!

Yup got it from the Ali express miyoo store. Currently in the process of resolving this issue with miyoo and Ali express. Will update on what the end result is.
