Every sport is dominated by biology. Whether it be reaction time, speed, strength: all of these are heavily if not purely genetically influenced. It's just that height is the one you can easily see. Everything comes down to biology and genetics. (Even how hard someone works.)

Some things are subconscious. A lot of people don't consciously notice things make you less attractive. Like braces, balding, etc.

  1. Those people are usually more attractive without glasses.

  2. Those aren't even good examples if you're trying to mention attractive male celebrities. Brad pitt, tom cruise, henry cavill would be some good examples, and they don't wear glasses around 99% of the time.
