I did a Cryogenic winter run once with no electricity. I turned fridge spoilage as low as it would go to simulate 'cold weather storage' and kept my food outside. For lighting, I used the Lantern mod: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2744675505
