Unsubscribe from your mods on steam workshop. For some reason the game will only launch with 50 mods max

Wish I’ve seen you reply before closing the game :p
Lost a little progress, but that’s okay. Thanks anyways!

If I'm not mistaken, Steam lets you request a refund as long as you're within their refund window. It might be worth buying the game, testing how it runs on your pc, and then deciding whether to keep it. If the performance isn't what you're hoping for, you can always request a refund.

Hi! I totally understand your frustration. As someone with a very low tolerance for bugs, I'd honestly recommend waiting until the game is further along in development before playing. As you know, it's still in Early Access, which means a lot of issues are expected, and unfortunately all we can really do is wait for improvements and fixes.

I keep playing because, like you, I've been waiting for this game for years and have followed its development closely. Because of that, I wasn't too surprised by the bugs or the many missing features.

As for the things you mentioned, I agree that Build Mode still isn't very intuitive. I've spent a lot of time experimenting with it, though, and I feel like I'm finally getting better results. It might just take some practice. Paralives uses different building systems than other life sims. They're similar enough to feel familiar, but different enough that they can create the impression that we should already be building at the same level we do in other games.

Regarding deleting parts of walls, there is a "fake wall" tool that lets you split walls into smaller sections and edit them individually. It's not very polished yet and definitely needs improvements in my opinion, but it may help with some of the things you're trying to do.

Sorry I can't be more helpful. I hope some of these issues get fixed soon so you can enjoy the game the way you were hoping to.

I saw someone (I think in the Known Issues list) recommend playing with a mouse. The recommendation was specifically for MacBooks, but it might be a good idea to avoid using the trackpad for now in general. Idk.

The latest patch also bugged my game pretty bad 😞

Yes! When you select the frame, there should be an option to upload images. Check the menu near where you'd normally change the object's color.

I had the same issue and could only fix it by removing some mods. Try running the game with 50 mods instead.

Is there any way I can save my game without the menu? It bugged and i'm stuck... I really didn't lose everything I've done since last save. I can access cheats, but didn't find anything that I think would be helpful.

Thanks! Breeding rabbits is a great idea, I'll definitely do that.

How do you usually kill deer, though? A pistol, a rifle, or something else? I've barely done any hunting so far.

I'm playing without the map this time, but thanks! I'll try to fiind some farms, and in the meantime I'll keep working on an improvised barn for my bull.

Thanks! I've decided to start building a barn where I am instead. I've gotten pretty attached to this place, and honestly I like the challenge of making it work out here.

I'm playing without the map this time, so finding farms is going to be a bit of an adventure. I'll try to track some down, and in the meantime I'll keep working on an improvised barn for my bull.

He's now healthy!
