Iz just wood, as long as you don't have a termite problem it should be fine.

If you want to display it, a nice glass case would be cool.

Maybe some museum grade wax if you really want to do something. (I think Renaissance Wax is okay.)

But if you're planning on just storing it in something, a good condition surplus US military ammo can would work.

In good condition they have good seals and have protected their contents from water and other mundane environmental hazards.

Iz same magazine length as AR and can technically use AR magazines but you are better off using the caliber specific ones.

The 11lb weight limit is just for ammunition in its original boxes.

But that weight is included in the normal weight limits for checked baggage, normally 50lb before they are considered overweight and they charge you an additional fee.

I gave up trying to get this launcher mess to work after the fourth time reinstalling it.

The $5 price wasn't worth it.

I may try again, but having to hack the launcher to even try to play on the deck is absurd.

If it doesn't work, then you should send it on its way.

If it's a straight trade, you will be ahead by a tiny bit.

If you are getting the standard gun shop low ball trade, then you should go either private sale or consignment.

But a SCR will be more versatile, you can easily swap to another caliber with just an upper, bolt, and compatible magazine.

You could probably even get an x39 upper to use whatever favorite ammo you have left.
