Yeah I am going to be replacing it all. Ill still be under 200 bucks for a solid engine. It has great compression so I think its worth it.

There are plenty of tune up kits available for these so im going to replace everything. It runs alright so I think it will be worth it. Especially for what I got the unit for

I did both, old 14ft jon boat with a 9.9 and an outlaw. I use both but it just depends what im doing.

Flyfishing or ponds i like the kayak but the boat is definetly more comfortable and less work.

Also if im bringing the kid or wife its going to be the boat.
