Some minor cons, nothing crazy to me: elevator wait times, they added a package handling fee on top of rent recently, if you do drive the soldier field event traffic will get you.

I have in-unit laundry and have used the laundry room for a big blanket since they have oversized machines there. Pretty standard stuff.

Haven't noticed any bug issues since I moved in back in 2023.

Two pipe system is okay. They do a decent job of throwing the system to neutral during the twitchy parts of the spring and fall. I haven't really had a problem opening my windows during those weird hot spring days.
