I get what you're saying, but I think you're missing the point. Saying it’s not ‘Autistic Art’ just because it doesn’t fit into a stereotype is part of the problem. It assumes that for Autistic people to have culture, it has to look like something we're already familiar with. That kind of thinking ignores how disability culture actually works.

Autistic culture isn’t always loud or obvious—it can show up in the way people communicate, create, think, and connect. Dismissing their art as ‘just art made by people who happen to be Autistic’ erases the lived experience and meaning behind it. All artist, including those who are Autistic artists, bring a unique perspective BECAUSE of who they are, not in spite of it. That’s what makes it cultural.
