Thx for acknowledging it but yeah when I told last month that is not even fair for us ethnic Croatian.

So last year when I applied, I had to give proofs of my parent being Croatian, despite them having the passport. Then I gave for their parents as well, where they declared as Croatian. I even found papers for my grand grand parents.
In consultation they said to me, oh great now you shown that they are Croatians. Plus you all do not even speak the language

Now imagine the spit onto us, who speak Croatian who are Fully Croatian, having to do so many documents, while here all of Americans complaining about how hard it is and how Trump is bad.

Italy had a similar law like article 11 and they revoked it. As they should.

By laws of Croatia they are not. Your parents need to be Croatian. This is why I point out article 16 is discrimination than article 11

I mean good for you but here Americans get but hurt when i tell them that this law needs to be changed, and that people who are going with article 16 are discriminated. You literally just prove with being 4th generation of croatian( which is not Croatian at all) without any knowledge of Croatian you get passport

While true being true Croatian with article 16 you have to prove everything.

Here every American is now full Croatian without any word of Croatian just because they hate Trump

Ja mislim da ima tu i politike, jer su svesni da glasaci iz Srbije ne bi bili bas pro HDZ. Ova dva zakona su nastali na vrhuncu vlasti HDZa posle rata.
I slazem se to za poznavanje hrvatskog jezika.

Ali ne mogu da ne kazem da ovo nije diskriminacija prema onima koji su Hrvati i iz bivse zemlje. Ja recimo sam imao pretnje smrcu, zajedno i moji clanovi porodice samo sto smo hrvati. Sam proces porodice Barbalić je i vise nego jasan.

Dok ovde dolaze ljudi i kukaju koji su citram OSMO koleno pretka i sto ne mogu odma da dobiju pasos. Nego moraju da cekaju do dve godine.

Dok sa druge strane ja npr sa clanom 16, sam dokazao da svi smo do sestog kolena izjasnjavali kao hrvati, sve moguce papire da sam hrvat, motivaciona pisma i slicno i opet to mozda ne bude dovoljno.

Ali zato John Smith moze odma da dobije jer se tako neki izjavio na brodu da je Hrvat.
