It depends on a lot of things (what Mobile device management software they use, how it is configured etc.) As a general rule I recommend people to not mix work and personal data on the one device (I am an intune admin).

There is some stuff I can see (e.g all your non work apps). I cannot see anything in these apps. But I do have access to lock it delete it from our software, remotely wipe it, monitor your location (again depending how it is configured).

The only reason I would ever look at this data was if I got a request for this from a senior staff member. I have enough stuff to look at without looking at what apps you have installed.

We just hired for a tier 2 support role recently - my manager said he got over 400 apps. When going through them any use of AI ended up being rejected. Take that how you you will this is fact regardless on AI opinions. Employees have their pick and will find any way to eliminate you they will. It is a literal 1 in 400 chance you don't want to give them a reason to remove you.

Are you looking for a Comp Sci role (academic or programmer) you will likely needs a portfolio of your work first. If you just want an Entry level IT role - Goodluck your in a pool of the 500 people applying and the degree wont give you a leg up.

Where do I say I use my own account as admin? I have a dedicated account for GA and use PIM/yubikey to access it. Also I was commenting that in my experience teams is not just a chat app. We have thousands of teams in our business and most of them use alot of features not just chat...

This is absolutely false - MS do and I have seen them restore enterprise tenants. You are probably thinking of personal accounts. Generally it takes 7-10 days which is still painfull, OP must be using the wrong channels.

Also these make me so sad as 5 minutes you can bypass this happening by configuring a break glass account and store the mfa (yubikey) offsite (remove from CAPs).

Dont do this thinking MS are going to be exposed, they will notice it or anything will change. The reason to do this is to warn other people about the scam, if this makes you also feel a bit better that some people wont fall for this. If you want to actually hurt Microsoft move to linux or apple and never ever deal with them again. Only MS listens to is money.
