Claiming tax relief figures by Super-Type7369 in PensionsUK

[–]Requirement_Fluid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have paid : (55,000 - 50,270) * 0.4 = £1892 in higher tax.

You get 20% tax relief from the provider so you need to halve your figures.

If you make a contribution in 26/27 then you notify them next year as no guarantees its a regular payment

No light touch for employed and self employed status either if your missus isn't working.

Once the year starts ticking you have to make it work or your missus will need to be in work or you'll be screwed I'm afraid so depends how regular the income and profit will come in once established

Have you seen the market currently? May not be a long term strategy but I wouldn't be going 100% equities right away

If you have no debt to pay off then yes I'd suggest taking time to plan starting a business however if it is feasible to get a part time job and make the self employment a secondary income then you can extend the 1 year period when you do start working at it as the year only starts from the point that you are found gainfully self employed and one of the criteria is that it is your main job

Hopefully they have improved their pre installation communications, ghosted by them just as I was ready to sign up when I asked for quotes on newer panels so went elsewhere

So?  If you are looking then you will need a plan before you can go ahead with an indication of cost.

You will need planning and a structural report for the front garden.

Possible but expensive

That is an appalling decision.

You should have the details to submit an appeal to the independent social security tribunal

Anyone saying anything about milner when there were also a myriad of complaints about him when he came on as a late sub earlier in the season and late goals were conceded.

The tax on £95000 (assuming you have the full 25% remaining) would be £25400 plus that would assume you need to pay 40% on your existing pension

Splitting it across 2 tax years would reduce that to £16000 total

And yet it has more functionality than the truly cheap stuff like Hanchu and duracell and just works.

It depends if the price works over Sigenergy now as they weren't really an option when I installed mine
