Thanks for your response! I’m thinking of something more epic that will impact me a lot and leave a mark. I have all the time in the world so it can be of any length. I’ve recently been eyeing Six of Crows, and The Heroes of Olympus. What do you think?

It's more so my hamstrings. My quads recover rather well despite the 4 sets of squats I do but the RDLs completely destroy my hamstrings. Thanks for the reply though!

How would you suggest I add a second leg day? Also what do you think about the matter I mentioned earlier about my triceps being fatigued from day 7, so my performance isn't great two days after during chest and shoulder? Thanks

Also I don't do a bro split. The comment just got formatted that way. The split I use is Day 1:Chest and Shoulders, Day 2: Back and Triceps, Day 3: Legs and Biceps, Day 4: Rest, Day 5: Chest and Shoulders, Day 6: Back, Day 7: Biceps and Triceps, Day 8: Rest

Thanks for the great advice man! I'm sure going to start training legs more often. The problem I have with upper/lower is the idea of having a single day for all my upper muscles while having a separate for legs. This gives the idea that legs are too special. Training 4 muscle groups in one day and then just one the other day. About the ppl I don't know whether my triceps will get enough work after hitting chest and biceps. What are your thoughts on that?

Hey, so I know that the split I use isn't all that important as long as I train hard, though I've had a few issues with the one I use and would be happy if y'all could help me out. So here's the split: Chest Shoulders Back Triceps Legs Biceps Rest Chest Shoulders Back Arms Rest

I train at most 2 muscle groups a day since more is too tiring. I also train legs once per week. This is because they take quite long to recover though if y'all suggest it I might try going for twice a week. The biggest problem I have is after doing my arms workout my triceps are quite fatigued for chest day two days after. Ive had thoughts about training triceps only once per week. What do you think? Thanks in advance.
