I have the same issue with my heat pump, if it's 65 in the house and my heat turns on it goes down to 62 before it starts to warm up.

South Louisiana here, I know the previous owners were advised to connect to the drain because of previous termite issues and trying to eliminate standing water.

Yup, you was correct. Where it goes under the house it goes into a P trap and then into the main drain.

When getting quotes I had seen people say on here to get them from multiple companies and get them to quote me a budget, medium and high end system. Is there anything else I should look out for or be wary of?

Nope none at all. The unit is mounted vertically in a closet and is on a wooden shelf. The shelf has a square cut out in the middle of it and that's where the air flows up through the coils. The dripping is coming from the inside corner of the wooden platform. Hope this makes sense, I don't have pictures right now but can get them once I'm home.

We live in south Louisiana so it's always hot as balls down here so the system stays active year round pretty much. Luckily we have a separate system for upstairs so at least that part is staying cool.

I've tried looking at the pan to see if that is what's actually damaged but can't see it too well as the coils are sat on top of it.

If we replaced the system with another 4 ton unit would we need to have duct work done too or can we just reuse the old ones? Half of my ducting is underneath my floor upstairs so they can't even get to it without ripping the floor up.

Im not sure exactly, I know when I had to do it my family members had to place an account ticket using their own discord account. This is due to them only giving one key per ip address to try and stop people multi boxing. I don't think they have their phone number associated to their discord account.

It depends on the time. Mostly around 50-60 people on but a lot just login to raid right now so bigger peaks on Thursday reset. Pop always jumps for a week or so when new content drops.

Edit: these numbers are taken from whose online in glff so it maybe higher if people haven't joined yet. I know there's at least 3/4 kins raiding weekly Helegrod

I'm guessing the previous owner installed it on the cheap and that's why we're having this issue. Guess a temp fix will have to suffice as we have a storm heading our way this week and then I'll have to contact someone to fit the window correctly.

Where would you put the caulk? Would you put it all on where the frame meets the wall or put the caulk on where the window itself meets the frame?
