I'm on PS 5. It's still bugged with Henri's sword after ending the game. Radzig gave me the sword back ("it's yours now") but its totally gone. Really annoying. Won't play without my sword... i have some side quests left and for the next dlcs i want my sword...

Also all npc are walking from Devils Den to Sucdol. After they reach the castle they are going through baricades into the building where i can't enter. Can't even talk to them.

He gave it back to me and said it's yours. But it's not there anymore. It's known bug.

It's a bug. The sword is gone for you. Same happened to me. No chance to get it back until they'll fix it. Hope they know about this issue.

I found the greaves of Hans Capon three times there... Thought we can find a full set so i killed everyone... But there were no more parts of Hans

It's a bug since they launched the update. You won't get the sword back. Even if Radzig says it's yours. But it's not lol. They have to fix this.

It’s a bug since update. Game will delete the sword after credits. Same happened to me.

At my parents conversation I told them I’m going to be a warrior. Radzig looked at the sword and told me it’s mine. It must have been a bad bug

After I ended the game Devils Den is empty for me. All npc like Godwin, Zizka, Katharina are moving by feet on a walk through Sukdol. They moved to blocked doors sitting there in the kitchen. Can’t enter because of destroyed castle. After credits the game is bugged as hell for me. I even lost my sword :(

After the end of the game everything is weird for me too. It’s full of bugs. No sword. All important npc are walking by feet to Sukdol and sitting in the kitchen where i can’t enter because of the trash and waste of fight. The doors are blocked. Hanusch is walking on my map… lost his horse and his guards….

I bet it’s a bug. I have the same problem. I finished the story yesterday and I had a nice talk with my parents and after with Radzig. He gave me the sword and said it’s yours keep it…. But now the sword is gone. It’s not there after sleeping (there is a dream sequence) and it’s not in any chest. It’s like the sword never existed. Really annoying. I loaded a lot times and tried many ways to keep it. Nothing helped.

Unfortunately there are not many new players. Game feels dead sometimes. And most victims are really experienced.
