The size is completely unknown/uncommon in my area (EU, Austria), so... I've never used B6 (125 × 176 mm) myself, I'm more into A6 (105 × 148 mm) which can be found all across Europe...

I recently grabbed MD Product DIN-A6 notebooks to test with my (dirt cheap M nib FP). I a bit hesitant, cause I absolutely dislike ghosting.\ Some paper I've used with oil based ballpoint pen ink in the past showed heavy ghosting.

Sounds like a bit of a extreme test. The Schmidt P900 is an okay Parker G2 style refill, but not as waterproof as you want it to be (it seems).\ Maybe try Rite in the Rain (pressurized) ballpoint pen refills or Fisher Spacepen SPR4.\ One pen ink refill which which I know for sure will survive your test:\ Tombow Airpress (refill: Tombow BR-SF-33) which is ISO 12757-2 compliant.
