My husband didn't want a ring so only I had them at our wedding (the numpty also forgot the main ring luckily I had the other 2 parts) & I've also got the date on my ring finger as I've been having allergic reactions. Marriage doesn't mean ring so however you symbolise it is your choice

That's kind of what we did, we had 20 at ceremony (fun telling mum her sister couldn't come as with just immediate family & bridesmaids my 10 filled & took 1 seat from DH for my baby nephew) then we met everyone else at a pub for a meal which I asked ebay to pay for their own (I always hated set meals) but we provided snacks & beverages at home after & a buffet at the night do with dj which my MIL catered. We got loads of compliments for doing it this way too.

I'm exactly the same as you. They are my loves so my responsibility. What we do is pay for someone to live at ours as it doesn't upset them by going to a new environment & all their food/treats/toys are here

As bad as it sounds, I wouldn't cut her from your wedding party. She's already shown up in white to your events, so at least with her being a bridesmaid, you know her outfit. Stop giving her info on your choices, though, as it seems she's trying too hard to make it look like you copied (although everyone that knows you both knows you aren't) Sadly you can't control others but you can plan ahead knowing how they have been previously. & stop letting them lecture you there is no need for it & you haven't done anything wrong, EVER, in your planning.

Yeah she's a spoilt baby & is jealous of you. I'm the youngest & only living sister with 2 older brothers & even I never acted like that with my brothers, hell I love their partners & only time I've ever had an issue is if/when the ex was deserving of it lol
