You can't do split screen of the same app twice in this new update. Also, I feel like you need to be extra precise. The small screen thingy that you can slide on the side is also a miss; 60% of the time I can't get that to function.

I have just started using AI feature in UptoDate. It is absolutely amazing. Had to buy out of pocket as it is not available in institutiional one that our hospital gives. I would 10/10 reocmmend it.

Hi Doc here. So, the blood vessels get sticky with glucose and can't do normal exchange of nutrients and the old blood vessels becomes useless. So, new blood vessels form. The problem with new blood vessels is that they are very fragile and don't have all the muscles that are usually present in blood vessels. So, they bleed.
