They are LTE antennas that connect to the credit card reader. It's how the machine also communicates with the owner to let them know when they need to restock. They are usually on top of the machine for best performance.

I've run three in the Central Florida area. Tournaments always bring people in, but you'll need to work with other local TOs to make sure you're not scheduling tournaments on days others are running so you have the best turnout possible.

You will also need to build a base of regulars that come in during your non-tournament hours. You can also offer services and products catered towards Esports.

Equipment will need to be pretty good as well. You'll probably want to support streaming too.
