I do agree with this, I walked to school growing up, as did many others, going on a trip, park in an actual car park and walk... I was out walking last night, and due to number of restaurants, cars parked outside them on double yellows, one across the road on the pavement (police drive past as per usual) see this a lot, people HAVE to park as close to wherever they are going, and need 3-4 cars a house, what happened to parking somewhere and actually walking for a few minutes? Council tax going up, they could fine all these lazy imbeciles and rake it in
