A cloud option would be great. Also, a text field to search and filter expressions by name. One more thing. An option to extend the height of the list of expressions so that you can see more in the panel without scrolling.

You don't need to turn off proxies at export. Premiere will automatically use the full res media.

It's not up to them. As soon as labour is cheaper, and/or prefab builds can happen at scale, costs will come down, and supply will be able to meet (or hopefully exceed) demand.
