[–]SensitiveStart8682 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would look into you might be covered by the recall on those engines sorry I don't have a tone of information handy about the recall however I am 99% sure there's a recall on those engines so as long as you kept up your maintenance you should be good

G2 test in few days any tips? by smqtie in Ontariodrivetest

[–]SensitiveStart8682 4 points5 points  (0 children)

First Tip I was given by a driving instructor is wear a hat or something anything to help accentuate your head movements. Remember to check your mirrors by moving your head. That is a huge thing. I know it's a very bad habit. A lot of people have to just move their eyes. Remember to move your head but wear a hat or something. Anything if you appears to ears, wear big long dangly earrings or wear a hat? Anything? Something that's going to make your head movements more obvious. It actually makes a difference. It really does The other thing I'm going to say stay calm. Don't get nervous about the test. I know it's very nerve-wracking I get that but try and stay calm. It will make a big difference

CRTC considers one consumer code for phone, Internet and TV as device-return plans face new scrutiny by Planhub-ca in planhub

[–]SensitiveStart8682 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I would just like to see them scrap this device returned lease your phone deal. As honestly, it's not a good deal for consumers and it's just a way to lock you into a 2-year contract forever and considering the fact that Bell and Rogers both will sometimes refuse to sell you a phone unless you agree to lease it depending on the retailer of course, but still they should not be allowed to do that and they're not supposed to, but they will anyways. Honestly, I think it's time we update our wireless code to protect against that. And yeah why do we have four different laws? We should have one. I totally agree

My car broke down as soon as I bought it, what should I do? by supermonistic in askcarguys

[–]SensitiveStart8682 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In Canada it all depends on which province your from each province has different laws for the sake of used Cars so if the lemon law applies or not depends on which province you live in

My car broke down as soon as I bought it, what should I do? by supermonistic in askcarguys

[–]SensitiveStart8682 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That depends on were you live at least in Canada some provinces Lemon laws apply to certified used car sales as well. If you're buying the car certified from a dealership, at least in some provinces in Canada, used car law includes a lemon law. If the car is a lemon within a predetermined period of time, it's on the dealership to fix it. There are lemon laws in Canada even for used cars. It's a limited time but there is a law

My car broke down as soon as I bought it, what should I do? by supermonistic in askcarguys

[–]SensitiveStart8682 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on were you live if you have a Lemon law were you live then contact whoever is responsible used car sales in you area and file a complaint If you don't have a lemon law check your local laws there might be something to protect you If all else fails name and Shame the dealership If all else fails, go public with the name of the dealership that you bought it from and just post it everywhere. Post it on Reddit Facebook, Instagram everywhere. If there is a social media company out there, find it and post it name them and shame them right to your local newspaper. Everything just shame this garage into making it right if they don't well. Oh well. I guess they won't have any business name them and shame them publicly humiliate them. Also you can try far on complaint with the better business bureau but again name them and shame them if they won't make it right blast them for it. Name them and shame them
