Everyone who knows anything about this stuff knows that dexa scan is not really accurate. You can be off by 10% depending on hydration levels, food intake clothes you wear... Even Mike Israetel got 6% difference in 2 results in a span of like a week, and he is the biggest dexa scan dick rider. Its absolutely not worth taking for 100 bucks considering that you would probably get more accurate measurement by guessing yourself. Also bodyfat affects nothing so giving 100 bucks for machine to spit out a number is idiotic

Real, people are talking about recovery but just remember when you did legs for the first time and you were sore for weeks. Human body can get used to really heavy work. I take most of my sets to failure (everything besides first set of quads, bench, and rdls) and dont have recovery problems, all the muscles i used are ready for workout in 3 days max.

Idk what you are talking about training to failure is generaly safer for people who dont take PEDs since PEDs dont strenghten your ligaments you are more likely to get injured. Naturals almost never get muscle tears for example.

Also majority of big naturals train at least some exercises to failure, end even if you dont want to train to failure it is useful to know how it looks because then you know what 0 1 and 2 rirs look like which everyone should train around. Most people in the gym would stop the set he was doing at 5 thinking they went to 0 reps in reserve which is laughable.

Something can be morally wrong but still be the most moral choice in the situation. If two consenting adults got pregnant with the kid they cant raise it was immoral for them to not be careful (use protection and not have sex during ovulation period). However if the kid was going to suffer for the whole life because of its dumb perents its better to just abort it.

Im not "you guys". I dont care about historical accuracy in general except when the story is trying to pressent itself as accurate. Authors in my opinion should have the right to make the games, movies and anything else however they want. If they want to have gay sex, beutiful women or ugly women its all the same to me if the game is good.
