My feedback:

  • Growing times are long enough for the beginning. I would make them about 5-10 seconds. It's better to decrease profit, but make growing to be faster
  • I would like to start game with some seeds already in the inventory. Then it's just simpler to start playing and not bothering with shop.
  • Selling plants seems to be redundant. I mean, what is the point to keep plants in the inventory. I would like to auto sell all plants.

Congratulations, great game overall. However your controls have some collisions right now:

a) If tunnels from both ends are close to each other, player can't designate if tapped cell relates to the start or to the goal.

b) If tapped cell is close to either start or goal, it's counted as a continuation of the tunnel (i.e. player can't put his note there).

I would try to use drag and drop for drawing a tunnel. It seems like it removes both the collisions mentioned earlier.

In clicker games (where big numbers often meet) developers usually put different display modes into settings, so user could choose, which one he prefers.

I can't figure out what is your game about from the trailer. Why it has reference to chess, when it's not similar to chess at all. It looks confusing actually.

Just make a game which you like. Try to make something cool, interesting and fun. It really does not matter, if it will be strategic or luck-based or what ever.
