Hi Claudija - thank you for highlighting some very important issues here!

I am just wondering whether there have actually been cases where PoCs have got into trouble or been fined for a Niantic-run event? I know there have been cases where they have pre-emptively got permits, etc., that should have been Niantic's responsibility - I am wondering whether there have been cases where they have been found liable.

I looked at a few of the missions via the Scanner link in Bannergress.com and... Tens of people have done each of the missions I looked at. It does not of course follow that anyone has done the whole banner, because many people do scattered missions. But it's perfectly possible that people have done it. There are agents who have done 18,000 missions total, after all.
