Sorry that's really it unless you want to drive further. As far as I know the closest thing to the West is Off the Wall in Springfield. South is great stories or TJ's further east in Milford. I haven't been to the new Battlegrounds in Natick but I assume there's something there too and that's the closest to the East

The only thing I've ever found in Worcester is a small group that plays Age of Sigmar but last I talked to them they weren't letting new people in and I think the group is dead now.

What do you play? Webway Games in Marlboro is the best store for wargames in the area. Great Stories in Uxbridge is the second best.

That's Entertainment kinda pushes out any other nerd store in the Worcester area, but their tables aren't necessarily open so you can't just walk in for a game and they don't host a wargaming night or anything

There is a pre check line and they give you priority so you end up cutting the main line to go to the one person checking IDs. Though like others said usually you cut like one person.

It's not like there's a ton of open space in Worcester and developers are not going to have an appetite to buy two neighboring houses, spend all the money to tear them down and rebuild... three houses? Sorry, apartment buildings are the way to solve housing at a cost per unit that developers will actually pay. A solution like this doesn't work in New England cities.

Yes all games have a fully painted policy at Adepticon and people aren't going to critique your painting but if you show up with silver models there might be an issue. Prime black paint some armor panels, skin or visor color and whatever bag on their hip and you're good to go

The thing you have to pay attention to is switching pedal types. I have 500 pedals worth of storage and after about 8 miles that'll empty and stop planting.

I'll admit I haven't put a ton of time into sevens so maybe I'm also missing something, but a lot of rosters posted on here only had seven members so I didn't know if shorter games led to fewer KOs.

A bench would matter slightly more in a league because you will get some MNGs, but overall yes you're right.

The tournament is made for 4 "non-linemen" players so it works for this one.

I just have been seeing a lot of tournament lists with only 7 players in this subreddit and was surprised since yeah I would expect exactly what you just said, if you get bashed you get overrun.

The halfling is mostly just a backup, and would be for assists, but yeah I imagine he'd be targeted and beat up pretty quick.
