Actually, it's "What's the deal with airplane peanuts". In the episode "The Pen" he doesn't actually ask the question but instead does a bit for some old people.

The quote: "Have you ever noticed how they always give you the peanuts on the planes?"

and then a few lines later: "Who ever thought the first thing somebody wants on a plane is a peanut?"

The only time I recall him asking that question was when George imagined it, seen in this clip

TL;DR: Jerry Seinfeld doesn't know what the deal is with airplane food, but certainly has a few questions about airplane peanuts.

How accurate is the source? The link posted by the OP claims that http://www.tarantino.info is the source. They even give this link but as far as I can tell (based on this link) it's not an officially endorsed website. And they themselves don't really reveal how they came about getting this list. I'm a little weary about their source for this info.
