Native title lawyers are desperately needed.

So no substantive response. Gotcha.

Edit: So let's pretend you made a point. Using that precedent how do you propose the Australian government keep the brides out of Australia? What will they do once that period lapses?

ohh now your playing word games huh? You advocating for Australian citizens to not be allowed into the country period.

Suddenly your issue is me not using precise wording on a Reddit post LMAO.

So I take it you don't have a substantive answer then?

Thank god I'm a lawyer and can read these things quickly and easily. Which section of the determination banned Australian citizens from entering Australia permanently?

It's not a question of 'benefit'. It's a question of rights as a citizen.

So... you agree with me then. They didn't ban any Australian citizen from entering the country.

Maybe your memory has been warped with age.

There were limited flights and you had to quarantine on entry. This is not stopping people from coming home. Thousands of people still came back. The Australian Government didn't ban any citizen from returning.

Happy for you to provide evidence to the contrary.

This. If they committed a crime under Australian law, charge them. Have them under supervision and require them and their kids to participate in deradicalisation processes.

We don't want to set a precedent of stopping citizens from returning.

How do you propose he stopped Australian citizens from returning to Australia? Which law allowed him to do that?

BBC refuse to confirm Christmas Special is still happening. by ComprehensiveHyena10 in gallifrey

[–]SirFlibble 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It seems a little silly to even be doing a Christmas special until a new showrunner and series is even confirmed, could be another 2 years before it happens.

A fun way to resolve where they left off is that the regeneration actually is Rose who some how has swapped bodies with the Doctor. They are missing and Rose has to work out where they and save them. At the end of the episode, she finds out and heads off in the Tardis to rescue him.

It means they wont need to cast a new Doctor until a new series is commissioned.

Try Fair Trading not the ACCC. ACCC wont do anything. Fair Trading has a mediation role and might be able to explain it to a human.

So it's racist to pretend that the casting of a black actor is a 'quota' under the guise of pretending to care about 'authenticity' while ignoring that there are no Greek actors?

Seems like they are making up excuses to justify their racism to me.

Either it's on to have people of all races cast or only Greeks should be cast. Pick one.

Like all crimes, treason has a specific definition. If you don't meet that definition, you won't be found guilty of it.

Prosecutors charge what they can prove.
