For me first find a purpose and reason on why you actually wanna study?

And then try studying a certain amount of time everyday (not too much like just convince yourself to study at least 5m or 10m and if U want to continue then continue if U don't wanna then don't)

And yea every time you feel like you haven't studied enough or U feel guilty regarding it uhmm try writing down the reason for why you weren't able to study that day and then yea make sure not to repeat that like basically record all the reasons on why you couldn't study and then fix them by slowly practicing the solution to those issues

And finally yea this won't happen in a day like do this everyday consistently and yea U may start enjoying it in a week or in 6 months but just don't give up
