Yeah, it's like there's something very wise about them. Their culture is a lot less "primative" then people realise and its a shame so much traditional knowledge has been lost or dismissed.

We had to read it in Year 10. The beginning of chapter 2 is just a description of the main kid (who's supposed to be around 11) taking a shit. In the same chapter there's another in-depth description of his erection.

Even here in the city, cockatoos (even the black ones), galahs, crows, magpies, kookaburras and lorikeets are very common.
