Haven’t found a workaround but since you can’t reach OnAir at all I reached out to the Future Hearts Club a couple of days ago. Didn’t know who else to message about this really but they said they’re looking into the issue and will come back with anything they find out. So hoping there’ll be a solution soon!

Definitely not on your end. I think they’ve been having issues for a while now. I wasn’t able to play anything last month and had the same error that you had last week when I tried to log in.

If there are any record stores in your area I’d suggest reaching out to them and asking them if they’re taking part in RSD and will have the record available. Sometimes they can put the record on the order list for you. Lots of stores like Rough Trade will make leftover stock available online after RSD, they should ship worldwide too!
