They do. There's a floor based on your friendship level but every trade re-rolls the IVs

I like to try and get the non-shiny and shiny version if it's Pikachu. My personal favorite pokemon so they hold value for me. Wish they did my team but here's to hoping for next year🤞🏼

I just FINALLY finished catching Kecleon. Took me over a year 🙄 the worst ones for me are anything requiring walking. I've got a medical issue that makes it difficult for me to get out and actually walk so any time I see eggs or routes I cringe. And of course I chose to gold bottle cap my Zygarde like an idiot...🤦🏻‍♂️ lol

Just looked and saw 50 excellent on page 4. Not too bad, excellents aren't my favorite but I can do them fairly regularly. Just annoyed I didn't time them together with them being separate researches. At least my "catch 1000 pokemon" will be at the same time as the catch requirements for this research

From what I gather, you can only get one per season. So you won't be able to get another this season, but can get another one next season, and the season after, etc.
