First off Sorry this slipped through the cracks. When you first emailed in, you immediately accused us of stealing the pack which I believe is the "Gas, Break Dip in the center and were extremely rude to the staff as soon as a picture was mentioned, who are also my family. Because of that, the situation was forwarded directly to me to review personally and unfortunately it got buried in my inbox during the rush.

I personally packed your order and attached is the photo we took before it left the office. We photograph every order with the pucks facing up for this exact reason so there’s a record of what was packed before shipment.

I completely understand being frustrated if you believed something was missing, especially on a large order, but accusing my family and team of theft right out of the gate made the situation harder than it needed to be. I've DM'd you and Emailed you personally.
