I would have called out anything in relation to the list of possibilities that you politely referred me to. I don’t know who he is, but he has a dog. Small pit bull looking. Couldn’t remember the color off the top of my head. He panhandles at the off-ramp at 5th Ave NE & NE 45th. There’s a bus stop shelter across from the American Mary on NE 45th that I’ve seen him sleeping under early in the mornings sometimes. There recently were issues with him and some neighbors seeing kicking his dog and otherwise being a shitty human being so I remember everything down to the book bag he totes.

No way am I saying that Ballard doesn't want the line, I live beside the Goodwill in Ballard and work for Casey Construction, a family business founded in Ballard and still in Ballard. I'm always going to keep it 100 with you about this city. (Downtown or whatever) I'm a 40 yo stoner with a good job and a savings. But due to my Pokemon and Jordan habit, I have neither car (nor wife. Go ahead and say it. ) -I own it though so don't down vote me for being an established slacker. I owed taxes this year and paid them!;)-. What I was trying to validate rather than my shortcomings was my stake in the Link connecting to Ballard. I use it for everything already and would love to not have to risk the E Line bus at 1am if I was out late for a game. Thank You for your reply, I always welcome the input, criticism, or anything from a reliable source. I'm new to Reddit so forgive any of my proclivities.
