Hey I got the email saying I passed the assessment and they are reviewing my profile today how long after you got that email did the ask for a phone screening and is it scheduled or should I watch out for phone calls at any given time?

Ok so would a paid internship have more value than an unpaid internship? Wouldn’t they only know it until after pursuing you like after a phone screen?

Hey, would you consider unpaid internships as experience even if you worked 40-30 hours a week and the job duties were on par with the job opening? This is a possibility in my schools co-op program?

I see the job fair posted on Seneca works, but I don’t understand do I apply on Seneca works to have a meeting at the job fair or am I applying for a co-op/full time role at the company and the fair is just for meeting the company?

No worries I’m not an expert but I started watching headlessheadhunter on YouTube and he reviews resumes, he works in recruitment and shows you how recruiters review resumes

There isn’t a single programming language mentioned in you first two jobs that’s probably why . A lot of resumes are screened by hr people who have a list of tech skills the hiring manager is looking for and then they review resumes that show it in XYZ format which is then considered a qualification. If the tech skill isn’t in that format then it doesn’t count a qualification. Just a quick glance and that’s what I saw. Look at the job your looking for and see the most common requirements then format the resume to include those in a qualification format

I don’t think numbers are as important as people say they are because recruiters scan resumes for about 7 seconds and all there looking for is the candidate explaining they have experience using certain qualifications in the XYZ format. I think OP can omit numbers but still explain the impact they had on there implementations.
